Meatloaf for 2...

This can easily feed more that 2, but you won't want to share it, cause it's so good!

I used my 10inch cast iron pan. Stove top to the oven with no issues, and it seared both sides nicely.

Stater Brothers carries meatloaf mix in the butcher counter. DO NOT BUY the packaged stuff. It's disgusting!!!

Looks yummy .... When I was a Kid I washed dishes at a few different restaurants , One was a dinner house serving Steaks and seafood , When hired one of the perks was dinner and they said I could eat whatever I wanted , The first nite I ask "Blackie" the chef if I could see a menu ? he said why ? you get Hamburger steak (meat loaf) I said but they said anything I wanted Blackie said "Yup as long as its Hamburger steak"
