Yes we're in Laughlin. We have a home here we stay at. Driving by the casinos seem to be a doing ok. Parking lots not as full as they use to be.Lake Mojave, Nice pictures! any chance your staying in Laughlin? just curious what life is like there these days...one of our old haunts.
It wasn’t that bad. I know it’s not the best place but it’s all I could book last minute. It did the job lol. It was 120 for the night can’t beat that it has running water and AC and a new Smart tv so I could put on Netflix for the kids. My wife prefers nautical but they came thru for me and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There were some interesting characters but that’s what u get when the rooms are that cheapHow is the hotel now that they are redoing it, I parket the dual in their back lot yesterday when I went down to the channel and saw the mounds of old matresses they were throwing away

The ride is nice. You're not getting hammered while going in the rough waters, the power for what we do is great. You do get some splash, but like you said not always bad. The power is good, but like anything else at times playing around we would like more. The wife likes to just cruise and take it easy so that's what we usually do.Not to distract from all these fun weekend pics being contributed, but due to my wife's 22 year old Yam XL1200 finally giving it's last cough (Or cough worth curing), we'll be in the market to replace both of ours.
How do you like those FX HO's ? Seemed like a great package that does a lot of things really good, without giving up to many compromises. Since we've gotten a couple of years older while enjoying our hopped up 2 strokes, we're all about comfort, but in a sporty way. I've read those FX handle waves fine, but you get wet in the process. Not always bad, but not always desirable either.
We use our PWC far more than our boat, and although the wife suggested maybe forgoing skis and selling the Cole for a pontoon boat, sounds like a lot of work and I'm going to miss being right on the water --- to me, giving into age and succumbing to a pontoon boat is equivalent to hiring out my yard work and watching daytime TV. Just curious your thoughts on how the FX ride and perform -- thanks [emoji106]
Who’s house?! That is dream pool right there!

I was having a drink with a couple of guys at Blondie's in arrowbear last week, one of them said that the green fees were pretty steep there lately. What's the scenario?View attachment 1007912
Ninth hole up at the course in Big Bear. This bear was chilling on the fairway. He decided to let us play through.

I wouldn't change it and would get these again. They really are a great ski. We got lucky when we got them, it was just before things went crazy. Thanks, appreciate an owner's perspective. [emoji106]
Do over, would you have gotten one or both with the SVHO ? I keep going back and forth, then figure, screw it, I'll get mine in SVHO and hers in HO which she'd be perfectly happy with. This of course assuming I could find either in the current whacked out market.

Actually written a ticket ?
Congrats future GrandpaApparently I got shit hammered last night and invited about 100 people at our campgrounds to come have birthday cake. Problem is I only have one fucking cake, I guess I gave some away to some kids leaving last night already??? Then I sprinkled dick's on it and it's smashed from the ride home. More pics coming people are starting to roll in all excited for cake LoL
Ohhh and my horny fucking 15 year old and his 5 fuktard buddies are down at the river swimming and somehow managed to actually talk to some girls and hangout. I know damn well they aren't rolling this way anytime soon so the birthday boy is MIA

Played a little golf Friday morning.
Drove around and looked at lots and houses we can't afford, then back to the pool for the afternoon.
Went for a walk down in the channel Saturday evening, cops were busy with all the boats running without lights, wtf?
Walked the channel this morning and I was surprised it wasn't full at 0900.
Trying to decide on dinner tonight and then maybe head to the flying x. View attachment 1007936 View attachment 1007938 View attachment 1007939 View attachment 1007940 View attachment 1007941

The toilet bowl remember the day Don swam under and came up in it ( very high water ) and couldn’t climb out due to slick rock we pulled him out with a rope
