Mercury 150hp 4 stroke oil change

Can I use mobil 1 full synthetic oil or does it have to be Mercury Quicksilver oil ?

I would personally use Mercury. Check a website PartsVu they have complete service kits at reasonable prices.

You can use any oil designed for four stroke engines in the proper viscosity. That said there are some advantages to oils that are designed for marine use, additives designed to combat corrosion, oxidation, shear and moisture to name a few. I would run the Quicksilver as well.
