Anyone need a Merc Small Shaft chopper prop? Make me an offer. I can ship it but prefer local pickup in Long Beach. Its a 28. Says Ron Hill on it. Has some casting marks and looks like a hairline at one ear. I never used it . See pics.
Also on the backside it got smoothed down, this is from the guy I bought it from.
"The previous owner had the small brass step washer behind the prop instead of the correct flat brass one that fills up the space. It appeared to me that the nut was not torqued on the prop & was sloppy letting the washer spin with prop shaft. The guy at the repair shop agreed with me & said purely cosmetic so I tried it no issue . It can be turned down smooth"
No reasonable offer refused! Get this thing out of my garage!
