Mercury 200HP powerhead

This is an early model...no finger ports. I had the heads off a few years ago and cylinders looked good. Has maybe an hour on it since that time. I put it on a fishing boat for my buddy but he decided he didn’t appreciate the finer points of a carbureted 2 stroke so he upgraded to a modern 4 stroke.

I’ve stolen a few parts off of it like the starter and rectifier, but I’ve got a used starter that can go with it. Needs new bleed lines/details stuff but it’s a solid engine.
