My friend had almost the same set up. 1974 Tahiti and towed it with a Trans Am. Had a 120 hp IO and ran all day on a (small) tank of gas.

There's only one thing missing in this setup, Craigers on the boat trailer. Great picture!

This cracks me up because I call all the old bubble deck and flat bottom jets "water Camaros". The term has taken off with the group I hang out with!

My Ol Lady had the same car only white with the tan strip on the bottom and T-top when we got together(we were 18yo). We traded it for a 1979 avenger jet bote when we were probably 20yo. Our first boat together.

I had the same boat but a 1971 for my first. Great little ski boat. It had Mercruiser straight 6 Chevy. It sunk twice that I know of, once at Lake San Antonio and once on Havasu. About 20 years later I saw for sale on Craigslist. It was still alive.
