Mobile stainless steel welders needed - any recommendations?

Trying to wrap up a project in Pasadena, CA and am having trouble with our current crop of stainless steel mobile welders getting the job done. We need stainless steel countertops welded (joined together). 16 and 14 gauge #304 SS, integral backsplashes. Can anyone recommend a mobile welder who excels at this work? They will need to weld / grain / polish to a #4 finish.
