The last thing I would want is an all out civil war. In all honesty, I doubt there would ever be a time where we were in a position to offer hugs for thugs indiscriminately amongst a mob of hug needers. But.... if that time did come, I'd have 210 friends between my plate carrier and inserted mag, plus another 86 on the belt. What I have seen is people don't simply march like zombies into obsessive huggers, so initially with controlled selection it would be easy to have a positive effect on 10-15 or so before they figured out what they were up against. After that I'd move and say hello again from position to position focusing on those trying to return the hugs. In these times I don't want to risk getting covid so I'd do my best to keep them at least 12 ft. away. Depending on where my restock pile of face masks would be located I could carry that festive atmosphere for a bit until I needed to go home and feed the dog.

A cop standing next to his car was hit with some kind of large metal flying object, and immediately went down to the ground while the crowd erupted in cheers. He rolled around in agony while the crowd continued to cheer, and nobody helped him. I don't want to go back and watch it or find it again, but if that is any kind of precursor as to where this country is headed, then there's going to be a lot of blood shed on both sides.

I feel like a lot of it is a class issue, I would say the majority of people in the streets rioting and doing all this bullshit don’t have a pot to piss in and have no assets to lose therefore they have nothing to lose.

for those of us that have worked our asses off all these years for what we have, the pendulum hasn’t swung far enough to risk losing at all based on principle. But I fear we are getting closer.

Funny I was having this conversation with a family member yesterday. Here is my theory, if trump wins and the left triple downs and riots continue or even get worse trump isn't going to be offering nothing to these cities anymore and is just going to send in the troops in large numbers. I was asked why didn't he do it now? Well he did for short period of time and pulled them out.

When covid hit and the burning question from the media was will you open states that don't want to be open his response was he had the final say. He back peddled pretty much the next day. I am assuming he thought about after the fact and realized the negative effect it would have because the left was already blaming him 100 percent. I am assuming he said let them do what they want this way people can see how the left runs things and I think it was smart move. He is basically proving how bad the left does at running things. Look at all the states and cities that are in shambles, Ca/new york/chicago/portland/ ect....

If I had to guess, if he wins he sends in national guards fed troops to these cities in huge numbers and starts shutting it all down. He classified Antifa as a terriorist group which allows him to tap phones, emails, social media of this group and can start taking them down. The government put 350% tariffs on our business and it was a bitch. But we figured out how to work around them and are now more profitable than ever.......and the sad part about it is that the US consumers are paying 3x for something that should cost a third. But I guess that is part of MAGA? Although it cost millions to work around the government actions, we‘re getting it back, we improvised and we overcame despite the government.
