I'm gonna say this,... not everybody has a daddy that buys there shit... I've owned a few vacation homes...the best one so far was a 12x60 Fleetwood with a boat deep plus truck covered parking area... life was easy, put the boat away and go back to vegas...wrote the check for it when I bought it, taxes were cheep, maintained easy...only thing my Dad gave me was to my uncle...and when he Died, left me with the head stone bill … so I guess it's ok in the golden spoon world to fun others stuff...pretty sad for sure..

That house will never be for everyone because of the garage, but 2400 sq. feet for $287,000 it is priced pretty well, and in a decent area. There's tons of 3 bed 2 bath 1,400 sq. foot homes with no pool in this town selling for $ 250,000.

That’s the main issue. It’s a great price point & the pool is fantastic but most buyers in Havasu love to have toys, boats etc. so obviously that limits the market for this house as many will be looking for that RV/boat deep garage.
