The White House has just released new policies requiring all companies - big and small - to coerce their workers into accepting the vaccine, or face termination, as the Biden Administration continues to up the pressure on all working Americans to get vaccinated before Jan. 4.

According to Axios, President Biden is planning to announce Thursday that employers with more than 100 workers on their payroll must guarantee that their workers are fully vaccinated, or tested weekly, by Jan. 4, 2022. If not, they could face federal fines starting at tens of thousands of dollars per offense.

What's more, health-care workers will face even tougher restrictions which will effectively require every health-care worker in the country to be vaccinated, or lose their job, despite the fact that millions of health-care workers have already been infected with the virus by natural means.

All this is based on a release, but the OSHA standard is still not available to read.

- Deadline moved until Jan 4th for companies with government contracts to align with OSHA standards
- employers don’t have to pay for testing (employee has to pay)
- 14k per violation (per employee)
- medical exceptions can require DR note (company I work for is doing this)
- religious exceptions can require a religious test (my BIL @ DOI had to take a 10 question test)

And you need to work backwards. Fully vax by Jan 4, so final shot has to be received by Dec 21. They accounted for the 14 day BS.

Let’s hope for some additional movement. I get vax or 60% of my income goes bye bye at work.

has to occur before that! The Jan 4 deadline is fully vaxed. Fully vaxed is 14 days after final shot. So now the real date is Dec 21 to get poked. Then it gets even more interesting. Yale, Harvard, and JH medical schools recommend 4 weeks between Moderna and 3 weeks between Pfizer shots. So last day to get first shot for Moderna is now Nov 23 and the last day for Pfizer is Nov 30.

so we have 26 days to undo this!

IMO - Everybody needs to start stocking up at least 6 months worth of emergency food and necessities. If this goes live on Jan 4th it wont be but a few weeks before the shelves in the grocery stores are barren. The majority of independent truck drivers and probably 1/2 of corporate drivers are going to take there ball and go home before taking the Lethal Injection! This could get Ugly AF !!!

If this goes live on Jan 4th it wont be but a few weeks before the shelves in the grocery stores are barren. I have a .99 cents store here in town that keeps a pretty good stock of canned goods and dry items such as rice, instant potatoes, etc. You don’t have to spend a fortune to build out an emergency food supply. I probably should have done this a long time ago anyways living here in SoCal. We haven’t had a big earthquake in almost 30 years so we’re way overdue.
