That’s too bad, I enjoyed watching she/he get beat up.
You guys need a sense of humor. I was just tossing back to Racey some of the conspiracy theories he tosses out now that he has been abducted by the Trump Cult.
But let's look at the facts relating to this dismissal of 2 of the 16 parties relating to this "cornerstone" indictment.
1. Read the filing. The "case" was not dismissed as Racey alleges. The DOJ dismissed just two defendants, Concord Management and Consulting LLC and Concord Catering. The "case" remains against 14 others, specifically one Russian company and 13 Russian individuals.
2. The "reasons" the DOJ gave in the filing is not that the alleged crimes were untrue, but that Concord Management and Consulting LLC and Concord Catering (the two defendants dismissed), were taking advantage of the discovery process to obtain material about U.S. efforts to combat election interference and that a court proceeding was not necessary because it wouldn't lead to "meaningful punishment in the event of conviction."
3) As a matter of fact, inconsistent with Racey's allegation, even Trump's DOJ stands behind the filing of the case and its proper commencement.
Specifically from the filing by the Trump DOJ:
"There is a substantial federal interest in defending American democratic institutions, exposing those who endeavor to criminally interfere with them, and holding them accountable, which is why this prosecution was properly commenced in the first place."
and
"In light of the defendant’s conduct, however, its ephemeral presence and immunity to just punishment, the risk of exposure of law enforcement’s tools and techniques, and the post-indictment change in the proof available at trial, the balance of equities has shifted. It is no longer in the best interests of justice or the country’s national security to continue this prosecution."
4. This was just one set of indictments relating to the Mueller probe. There were multiple others, including trials, convictions and plea deals resulting in years of prison for violations of law consistent with the investigatory scope of Mueller's probe.
Justice Department moves to drop charges against Russians indicted in the Mueller probe
Notably, the DOJ decided to drop charges "in light of recent events and a change in ... the government's proof due to a classification determination."www.businessinsider.com
Ohhhhhh nooooo.....
Mueller's entire predicate was to find 'Russian Interference' and 'Russian Collusion' in the 2016 election....
We knew after he released his report that he was unable to find any Collusion. Now it's clear he wasn't able to find any Interference either, as all the charges related to such appear to have been dropped
Amazing how some people can't seem to see the writing on the wall.
The only thing that could make that GIF better is fog rolling in.

Which account registration? HahahahaHe/she stepped out of line the minute he/she registered on RDP!! Nothing but a paid shill for the losers.
The IG only asks people, themselves, what they did. They don’t investigate outside of this. The Republican led Senate Intelligence committee disagrees with your premise that there was no interference in the 2016 election by Russia. Specifically:
"The Russian govemment directed extensive activity, beginning in at least 2014 and carrying into at least 2017, against U.S. election infrastructure' at the state and local level."
The Horowitz IG found that although mistakes were made, the genesis into the collusion investigation had a reasonable basis and there was no bias.
Those two reports are the best possible defense evidence of reasonable doubt on any criminal charges by the Trump administration.
That is the writing on the wall as I see it!

If you had kids, you’d understand just how well this works out...
“Investigations conducted by the IG offices may target internal government employees or external government contractors, grant recipients, or recipients of loans and subsidies offered through federal assistance programs.”Simply not true.
IG investigations and reports can be and are used for administrative claims as well as civil and criminal complaints.

Nice try moving the goal posts. We are talking about Mueller's 3 year, 30+ million dollar investigation, Which by the way, the Senate report sources
The senate report claims Russian's are behind the wikileaks materials, the DNC hack, etc, a claim which has never been remotely close to being proven, and in fact has been outright found to be false.
The rest of it revolves around "Russian Bloggers" trying to influence American voters.... wow.... that is an incredible scheme they have going....
What names has the Senate report recommended for indictment/prosecution?......
Did the US try influence in any elections? Israel?..... That is the extent they are claiming with their Russia bullshit.
Interesting.
So given the "ENTIRE INVESTIGATION JUST EVAPORATED" when will Manafort, Gates and all the other convictions and voluntary guilty pleas from the "evaporated" Mueller probe be abandoned and everyone let out of jail and their records expunged? Maybe next week? After all, it has completely evaporated.
Or will most of these convictions and guilty pleas remain until such time as they are pardoned by their co-conspirator?

TDS-30 is very strong.Co-cospirator.................... View attachment 870784
You just can’t admit you were not only wrong, but completely wrong, can you?

Wait... Were Managort and Gates guilty of Russian collusion? Or did they get caught up in decades old tax crimes and the like? Or process crimes created by the investigation itself lmao...
I don't remember Mueller being given the predacate of digging up tax evasion or lobbying registration clerical violations
You remember incorrectly. Verbatim from his appointment:
"any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation"
and,
"If the Special Counsel believes it is necessary and appropriate, the Special Counsel is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from the investigation of these matters."
Lol here you have it folks, True 'conservativism'. Believes that the government should have endless powers to investigate every aspects of anyone's lives.... They can invent the predicates out of thin air, and go top to bottom through everything.
How Tax issues arise from an investigation into Russian Election Interference should make it blatantly obvious that it was a pure political hit job. The fact that they created process crimes when they couldn't find actual crimes relating to the investigation is 100% banana republic procedure.
Glad to see you are carrying water for soviet style big government tactics.
Quite enjoyable to see your transformation.
