trust me, you list this as a side effect and dudes will be lined up around the block!

Can you say, Viagra?

Viagra was originally designed as a heart medication. We all know results of that nasty ass side affect!

Does anyone care about the long term effects of Viagra? Is anyone asking what's in it?

Does it put a chip in your dick to track what you do with your dick?? I sure hope not, but I'm not gonna fret about it!

Vaccines work by triggering the bodys natural defense systems. It's a fairly simple process that has been around for ages.

Look at your left arm, see the scar there from all the vaccines you had as a kid? Check your medical records. We have all had a bunch of vaccines already.

Do they cause reactions sometimes?

Absolutely. I have a friend with 5 kids. One of em is a vegetable from getting the same vaccines all his other kids got. It's tragic beyond belief. 😔

And yet, my friend is still not a vaxer.

Have there been long term effects from all the other vaccines we have taken?

Probably. But clearly from past results, the odds are Highly against it. This we know.

Will there be long term effects from a disease you get from a bat, basically a nasty ass flying rat?

Who knows.

You're basically playing the odds. There are risks no matter what you decide to do. It's a personal choice that should be based on available medical information, science and drug history.

Not on paranoid delusions. 😉

Not paranoid delusions. Not an anti vaxer. Tell me how long it takes to get a normal vaccine tested and approved. I am just not comfortable with how fast they rushed this through.

If it was just like all the other vaccines then why were the companies given immunity?

You still did not answer how this Dr. knows the long term effect from it?

Well, technology is a wonderful thing...

Intel's latest chips can make over 10 trillion calculations per second. Everything gets faster as time moves on. The latest advancements in the medical field are beyond amazing. Did you know they can 3D print body parts from stem cells now? We are certainly not in the stone age anymore.

For fourty bucks, you can send Your DNA off to 23andMe and have the results back in a few weeks.

So if we consider all this...

How long do you think it took to analyze some bat virus DNA? Remember, they have been making vaccines for longer than you and I have been alive, right? They probably had the answer in a few weeks, the delay was making billions of tiny bottles of the stuff and bringing it to market.

Rushed? Yeah, not so much.

And I did answer your question. Read my first reply a couple more times and you'll see it. 🙂

Oh and...

The Immunity deal was passed back on 2005, so nothing new under the sun there either...

I got the second Covid shot this past Wednesday morning (no reaction to the 1st shot), buy 9:30 PM I started getting the chills, buy 10:00 PM I was in bed with a stack of blankets on me. I felt like crap for about 24 hours, I'm feeling fine now.
I've had a handful of friends that tested positive for Covid and they were sick as dogs for a week or two, so I guess I'll take 24 hours over several weeks.

I know how vaccines work, it is the side effects that you don't "know" yet, that is my worry.

You stated in your first response that;
"You're basically playing the odds"

Well I am playing the odds that my immune system will take care of it. It already has.

If they are so great at coming up with a vaccine or cure then why don't they have a vaccine for every viral disease out there, such as HIV?

I will say that if I were say 75 yrs old and at a higher risk, then I would probably be inclined to get vaccinated.

Looking more like it wasn't a bat virus.

Yes it is just a claim at this point. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if China created it just to thin out their population.

I had my 2 Covid shots, nothing but a sore arm for a day or so. Just the other day I had my Shingles shot and felt like crap for 2 days, head and back ache, chills then the sweats, overall achy. Nothing really noteworthy and this adds little to this thread other than we all react differently to vaccines. I'm more interested in "Buckle Bunnies" ;)

Pretty sure even people in their 70's still over 93 percentile. There is so much people don't know if they new the whole truth they wouldn't have got it . Many doctors trying to get the truth but are silenced pretty sad really wishing good health to all.
America use to be the land the free you had a choice not anymore now they're forcing it down your throat think about that. Personal responsibility is gone.....

Well, thankfully HIV (unlike any covid virus) is something Most of us don't have to worry about! But, if you Are worried about it, there are prophylaxis drugs that can prevent you from getting it, even if you expose yourself to it. So to answer your question, no vaccine required.

You Should play whatever odds you're most comfortable with. Again, it's a personal decision. 👍

View attachment 1006670
All right guys, simmer down, No, I do NOT know this gal in her riding outfit, this is a clip from the movie Emma's Chance...Wayward girl gets in hot water, has to do community service at a Horse Rescue Farm, learns to "jump" so she can win the grand prize to save the farm. Sorry- I had to post something after reading Desert Whaler's post...its the whole girl in a riding outfit with a "crop" that got me going....and the Buckle Bunnies" 😁

Not worried about HIV. Only used it as an example.

Just the opposite, Long term covid patients are having trouble having sex, Fact Jack !
They are just with the wrong age of chick. I have had a few friends that thought their dick was broke. In my best Doctor voice, I said "I instruct you to go find a hot 25 year old and report back". Wouldn't you know, its a miracle!

I guess it depends on the resultant immunity. Actual recovery immunity beats the vaccine immunity hands down and you don’t become an asymptotic spreader with a full viral load either. Look at Israel. Everyone is vaccinated and those are the folks filling the hospitals. The vaccines simply don’t work. Look at India—ivermectin works, nobody is vaccinated there.
