My House Rehab PROJECT.....

I bought this house two years ago. I thought in about six months I could have it all fixed up. Ha Ha Ha. The house was built in 1969 so its not super OLD. However it needed EVERYTHING. The last owners were a little WACKY. They kept farm animals in the house. Goats,Chickens,Ducks and who knows what the hell else. The house was cleaned before I ever looked at it. I did get to see some pictures of the before cleaning. :thumbsdown

Nothing in this house worked. Not one toilet flushed. Not one sink ran water. It really was a Fixer upper.....I must have IDIOT on my forehead.

The good part of the house is it is a five bedroom ranch with two baths. It has two acres of land with a perfect spot for me to build a 40x60 garage. So the finished product is exactly what I was looking for.

This is the main bathroom. We tore out everything. Replaced the sub floor,the walls. I put in a new one piece tub. I added a pocket door for more room. I put the vanity in the corner.
