My Old "02" Tow Rig...

I've had and put together several trucks through the years! All 4X4's, three Dually's, one Dodge, and the rest Chevy's! I swore I would never buy another chevy after that ugly body style change in "03".... And even though I do like the looks of the 2014 & 15, if I get a new truck it'll be a FL60 or something bigger!

But here's my Old "02" I bought new. 8.1L, Allison, Posi-trac 4X4!

Bone stock, cold, and style'n!

And it's first tow job pull'n my bone stock river boat!

Then I started change'n things up!... Power vision mirrors, firestone airbags, Amp Research power steps, moon visor, Bed Rug, Fabtech 6" lift, 35X12 M/T's, Rancho 9000 shocks, and a BOSS snow plow!

I've set it up to tow and be towed!

I had basically the same truck and shaved the chin spoiler some, would hit if the wheel was cranked entering a driveway quickly, otherwise no problem.

I broke my spindle lost my right front tire. Replaced the the spindle put 35" tires on and now I can't make a u turn anywhere

I've never had a problem! Tires have never touched the wells!

Does it have a 6" lift?

You'd think any tweekage would have been seen or caught at the alignment shop!

Something not right, those are one of the easier systems to align compared to ather vehicles. I would run secondary angles and an extra 20* to see if a components bent in the steering and suspension. Of course the preliminary shake down and visual.

It looks like there's some big knuckle that keeps it from turning past a certain point

Just rebuilt the transfer case that was a little painful
