Hey RD, that is not Bianca rose sitting there , it is nicks girlfriend liahna (sp). At the NRI booth. [emoji202]
If that Vector was 1% less than it was, than the Big Nordic would have been my Pick for best in show. It was different than anything else there, and everything about it was bad ass!

Probably for a mechanical trim gauge? What's up with the lokar shift cable attached to the trim tab? The tabs look hydraulic, is it used to actuate something else in tandem with tab operation?

As a wild guess, how many of these beauties are for sale? Is there a site that specifically lists this type of boat? Kinda curious what the market is for cool old custom boats.
The new boat is superdave shiny:thumbsup. Are you guys still be able running dry stacks at most lakes, without being harrassed?
I have read this last post probably ten times.. Now granted I'm just waking up and not exactly firing on all eight.. but WTF are you talking about?
If your referring to the nuts holding the seat base down, you would be incorrect in your logic, and your poor dog must get kicked a lot.
The only way I know how to counterbore those backholes would be with a flag style counter bore, where it rolls up goes through the hole, extends and then you can pull it backwards.. and pretty much guaranteed no boat shop is gonna have that kinda stuff on hand, or even know what it is.

Wanna bet? I have one for every size! LOL. Damn boat shops!
You're talking about a Cogsdill style deburring tool...I'm talking about a simple 2 piece spotfacing/counterboring tool.
A spotface tool is mounted to a mandrel...picture a hollow countersink bit with a set screw. Flip the cutter on the mandrel, drop it through the hole and run it with a hand held drill motor in reverse and pull on it.
...details...
Well I'm not from Missouri but it is the show me state so.... Show me
I did not find fault with the way it is, but if you got a better way? Let's all learn something together.
It's usually the last weekend in February, see you next year! :tbiVerrrry cool stuff! Thanks for the photos, Dave.
I would love to see this show... art pieces.
We used a ton of these building the B-2
