need 50 HP Mercury

Have a mint old 60's 14' boat that used to have a 50 Mercury on it. Looking for an old white Mercury 45 or 50 HP with controls restored or not. Picture is one from the internet. Thanks

Not sure where you are at but Wilbur’s Power Equipment in Mentone, CA has many old outboard motors sitting out back behind his store. Not openly for sale but who knows what he has or whether he will part with them or not? His wife June works in the store on a daily basis. That is who you want to talk to. 909-794-2483

They still have a wall of old parts I don’t think anybody will ever need They can be kinda grumpy unless you know them. But once you do they are really accommodating.

Talked to a lady, she was actually very nice. Said they primarily had Johnson and Evinrude parts but would forward it to her husband. Did find a 40 HP locally but they think it is made of gold [$4,000] and it's locked up without controls, crazy what people think something old is worth.
