I have a 2 axle boat trailer with brakes that you can convert. I'd sell it cheap, $350.

Not worth going used. Can get one for $1500-$1800 brand new. Used are only a few $$$ cheaper.

I just built a custom Carson.

83"x16'
Dual Axle
Black Wheels
ALL LED Lights
6 tie down hooks
1' sides with metal mesh
wrap around tongue
2 5/16 Ball

Total was $2,500 after taxes...A Basic 14' was $1500.

Dual 3500lb axles + spare tire, + better Tire upgrade, + ramp gate, + trailer tongue box, + extra tie-down hooks or E Track, + rim upgrade. You get to 2500+ pretty easy. You get what you pay for and those options are great to have

This is where I am tossed. I want a double axel but at the same I would like something fairly light since I will using it for both the can am and then the golfcart. So I would like to be able to move it around fairly easy without needing a truck. Towing it with a motorhome and then needing to unhook at a campground you need to be able to move it. The flip side is I don't want something too light duty and the single axel can get wiggly

Desert is no problem as it stays hooked up.

Go to Carson...They can build you a nice one for $1,500
Maybe an angle iron trailer with wood floor. A channel trailer with wood floor will cost 2500.00 and add 1000.00 for metal deck.

Mine was $2766 OTD, Parkermagic got a better deal lol.

3500lb axles, 7’x16, 6 tie down points, spare, one brake.
You can get a lot Add ons for more and round tubes are nicer. Mine is for day trips, moving this car around.

It goes in a toy hauler for actual trips so wasn’t going to spend more for a day trailer.
Worn used 16x6.6” trailers with worn out wood and tires going for $2k and up, was easy decision.

I was told my trailer “sold” four more while it sat at the factory, lol. Someone offered more and they told him to call me to buy it, ha ha

I actually didnt get brakes. I got the spare mount but not the spare. We're about the same price since I had a few less options. The thing tows great. I got it with no stickers and added the front storage box.

Very happy with the purchase. I spent $2-$300 more than an used one and got exactly what I wanted and brand spankin new.

Exactly why I bought mine. Looked at used for four months on FB, offer up, CL
Never found a better used deal that could beat new within a few hundred dollars. So many people overload them and bend frames, let wood rot, let tires rot.
Wish I saved the time looking and got the advice sooner.

Saw this one for sale a few weeks ago in Havasu. Haven't driven down that street since so don't know status.

Just replacing tires alone is $3-$500 and the trailers are beat!

Here is mine.

You can get a single axle 14’ that will do fine for a rzr.
I had use of a 14’ big Tex that hauled my rzr 4 seater easily.
Double axles aren’t as easy to move but mine empty is doable on flat ground.

Assault industries is about to sell a single axle fold up trailer that can carry a four seat can Am
At $5k, I’ll pass though.

If you’re in the area again can you take a picture of the sign? Any idea how long it is?

Here is mine, I paid $1050 with tax and perm registration. I extended the front by 9” to fit the rzr, that cost $50. And added Home Depot e track that cost $25. It won’t fit a can am but does fit my rzr easily. No brakes on the axel and towed nice. Can move it by hand no problem.

Lol, sold my 2000 era Carson 16x7 tandem to a buddy of mine for $700 Last year. Still on original tires, has to be some kind of record. Bought it for $500 in 2004, so I can’t complain...

Anyone have an idea what an 18’ should go for? I’ll be loading a youth utv sideways up front then a four seat Rzr behind it.

18 will probably have to be a tandem w/ brakes. I would guess between 2500-3K but I would give them a call.

Carson Trailer. Don't know where you are located but Norco was out of 14'. I got the last one they had in Gardena , he said they have been selling quite a few and are about a month out on restocks. The dealer in Lancaster said he had a few (assuming you're looking for a 14 footer)
