Here are pictures of a Beautiful 29 X-Flight started this last summer now nearing completion. She will be powered with the Mercury 600SCI. The proud new owner is happy to see her getting done. Notice the blend on the windshield arch and the Suede panels in the upholstery.
What a Beautiful New X-Flight

Awesome color combo. Even with the protective green tape on the rub rail

How water resistant is the suede compared to the regular upholstery?

I was concerned about how it would wear however in checking the difference between this and the vinyl's they both showed about the same amount of double rubs they called it and that was around 25,000 double rubs. I haven't seen any info on the water resistance but if I can find something I will let you know.

Looking good. I really considered an X Flight for a while. Very functional boats they seem.

Actually they really are very functional as they offer the best quality ride in rough water and the ability to take off fat , stay flat and hold any speed. So they are very good at all the family watersports and don't tend to give you that light uneasy feeling that scare so many of our ladies. I am sure that is why they sell so well.

These 29 Flights are so niche'... I wandered inside & out on the one you guys had at LA show.... my buddy from San Diego loved that layout. He's got a harbor cruise business and drives everything from 30-60'.... I call that bow the Hammerhead look.
