I love seared Ahi, sooooooooooo delicious, and like you said, light and refreshing. A little wasabi and soy and it's heaven.

You can't really see from the iPhone pic, but, in the bottom right corner is a smear of wasabi aioli and in the ramekin is some sauce made from soy sauce, rice vinegar and sake. :thumbsup
