Hello all, getting outta Cali, loving it here so far. Bought house here in July and looking forward to the lifestyle and change in environment !
Coming from Riverside, CA. and slowly making transition, not selling house in Cali until next year due to taxes on sale.

So different here.....just looking for furniture and going into the lamp store, we spend half hour chatting with the owners and feel like we are buddies with them, that small town warmth is so refreshing.
