New F150 Lariat or comparable?

Bobby,
any deals or upcoming deals on F150 Lariat or comparable? Dont mind an XLT with leather.

I take customers out and would like bucket seats that are heated and cooled. Would like factory 20" or 22's. If there is a good truck with 18"s I can get my own rims.

I can live with the 5.0L or the bigger Ecoboost.

Dont need 4X4 either.

Preferably white.
