Sorry for the bad pics but I was taking these pics as he was cutting off 4 lanes of traffic on I-10.
By my calcs the goosneck is 7k, the top kick on the gooseneck is 10k, and the semi being pulled behind that is 14k. So he's pulling roughly 31k lbs. I'm hoping this hillbilly bs only happens west of Phoenix.
The driver is obviously crazy and really pissed me off, but I will admit I was impressed with the towing capacity.

New F350 can tow over 30k. 550 should be more. Local co by me that has a fleet of Dodges. They have 45K stickers on there 3500s. How was the semi being towed behind the trailer a chain?

They're all supposedly rated for it but you rarely see it. Lol. I can remember pulling a backhoe on an f350 back in the day and it always felt like you were one bump away from braking the truck in half.

It's pulling a three axle semi truck chained behind the gooseneck as well.
Still not impressed...a Toyota Tundra pulled the Space Shuttle....the three axle semi had brakes.

I worked on that commercial. The front tires of the tundra were barely off the ground. He had zero steering. It was point it in the right direction and pray it stays in the center of the bridge. That truck was absolutely screaming the whole way.

That's only 165,000lbs I've seen a guy pull a 747, that's 400,000lbs
Still not impressed, I once saw a guy pull a quadruple axle 13' Schiada with an F-150.;)

A Smart car, properly geared and put some meaty tires on could pull the Space Shuttle.:p It might take a long time get it rolling, but that's all;)
