We sold our house, bought the lot next door and having Seville build a new one. Almost done framing and should be in by mid to late summer.

Nice, We have now been in our house for 3 years. It was built by Wes at Seville Builders as well. He is a great guy to work with NO BS and builds a nice house. He stands behind his builds years after they are done.

Being a builder myself I doubt that Wes would like me posting numbers. The model is on Acoma between Jamaica and 95. The prices and floor plans are on the website at Seville builders.com. Wes is a great guy to deal with.

I would recommend Completion Plus for cabinetry. Dave Plapp is a great guy and they do awesome work for great prices.
We compared their prices with Bobs and Lowes and he beat them with a better product.

If you decide to install granite I would give 82Daytona a shout. Echelon tile and Stone did our tops and they came out great.
