What do you have? L

Our group is switching to regulator 2. I just put my set on, don’t have too many miles for a good review,

My bfg km3 lasted a long time and worked great everywhere

I have some aftermarket china tires now. Each tire has about 7oz of lead on them to balance them.

Offroad tires wear funny you will never balance them.

My vote is BFG or tensors.

System 3 are good tires too
My thoughts:
Regulators were awesome and wore great, but we have not tested the Regulator 2. I'm a little gunshy after the wear on the DSR.

System3 RT320 is a great all around tire and I like the profile, but they wear fast. Probably a 1000 mile tire.

BFG KM3 is an awesome tire. We just did 6 cars, 2200 miles each and had no flats... They will last at least 3000 miles based on what I am seeing.

I really liked the Tensor Regulators on my RZR, but not familiar with the R2's. I went back to BFG KM3 UTV tires with our RangerCrew and have been very pleased with them.

So KM3 is the tire to get?!!!
Yes your car will love those.

Hopefully you’re running the right offset wheels too. Makes a huge difference in handling.

I am running the regulator 2 as I get 40% discount from Fox/method/tensor

Im cheap I’ll just buy another set of new take offs from another turbo s when I see them. Then sell my old ones to a guy that’s wants the stock rims so he can keep his fancy whatever brand rims for the next car. Ends up costing about $300 for a new set of tires.

I’ve ran the coyotes and the tensors on my turbo s they were just ok and I’ve ran the bfg’s on another car they were heavy and the race version we had on our pro r had weak side walls. My favorite sxs tire rite now is the Kenda Mastodon in 33" it’s a round edge tire , it does everything you ask of it and is so predictable unlike most square edge tires. It does wear faster than other tires but I’ll take that over the other tires.

I'm throwing the Milestar Patagonia's SXT on my RZR right now and will see how they do.

What size are you looking for? Not sure it would be good enough if you are in Havasu though..
32-10.5-15 No worries I think I'm just going to go to tireman and get the BFG's.

Pulled the trigger and spent my retirement on new tires. These tires cost more then tires for my truck.

How happy are you with your cage? Mine goes to Mike in a few weeks, their window net alone is why, I’ll be adding nets in front of the A pillar too.

Well played!

Even though you feel like you spent too much, you won't be buying replacements any time soon! The constant replacement costs of shitty tires could be more in the long run. You are going to be very pleased, I am confident that you will notice the difference with your first trip out on the dirt.

What brand cage are you referring to? I’m trying to find a cage with window nets for my Turbo R 4, but the ones I’ve found are for a 2 seater.

SF Raceworks. There’s some bad ass cages from a lot of shops, however imho this one is real good looking but the net option and how they do it is the best out there to me.

One more question I have....

How much air should I run? NO beadlocks. I had 15# and it felt like the tires were hard. Someone told me not to go below 20#.. I am just not sure.

Noooooo, that sux!

Was @Mini Kat driving? Nevermind, that was a different tire.
Your memory really has gone I wasn't driving. And it wasn't going or coming from any of the desert bars. It was at a poker run. Don't you have a fire or something you should be trying to put out it's really windy out there. You might want to change your name from throttle to break. Because I don't recall you ever driving very fast and that's usually used by the throttle.....LOL 😉😘

Lots of fire this week, gonna need some therapy!

I took foot off the throttle for this one… 🤣

You bring up a good point. I should find a new name. I have not been playing in the fast lane much anymore.
