Had a great first trip out with our new Ranger Crew. Not a dune car by any means but works perfect for the riding we do around Needles. Lots of room for peeps and gear.

Where’d you pick up that stereo?
The stereo came built into the roof along with the light bars, dome lights, and backup camera. The company that makes the roof is Mayhem Manufacturing. They are out of Louisiana. I was only able to locate them thru their face book page. They make roofs for most all UTV models. The roof bolted right onto the stock cage with no issues.

I am really liking the Ranger Crew 1000 for trail riding. Have a sandrail that ahs doubled as a prerunner the last couple years but I am tired of fixing crap every time we take it out to the desert. How does the Ranger keep up with RZR's, X3's, YXZ's and other SXS's that are more directed towards fast riding.

We ride the trails with Razors, Can-ams etc

We keep up just fine. Not gonna beat them in a race but plenty fast to keep up in normal riding conditions. The ranger climbs just as well as the other machines. We stop a lot on our rides and I really like how easy it is to get in and out of the ranger. If you mostly trail ride I would not hesitate to buy one

what size tires did you go with?

I went with 30” tires on 14” wheels

2.5 inch lift from Marshall Motoart and forward a arms from highlifter. I have had zero rubbing issues

HCR racing said there coming out with a long travel kit for the crew. Over 20” of travel! Seems legit to me. 6 seater with long travel.
