New Throttle/Shift Cables?

im going to swap out my older Gaffrig offshore shifter to one of the newer Livorsi ones. Was wondering if there is anything to gain by swapping the red Morse throttle/shift cables for the Teleflex Xtreme or UFlex cables? As far as I know, these red cables are original from 2001. No issues with them, but if there’s something better out there now, might as well upgrade.
