So we bought a Traeger last weekend for the Havasu house that I am driving out with this weekend. For my first attempt at using it I thought I would start with something easy like hamburgers. So what are any good recipes you have for hamburger? Also, do I set it on high and let them go for a certain amount of time or a lower temperature for a certain amount of time? AS a convection oven, essentially, there should be no need to flip the burger, right?
