Ribs on the Treager with baked beans. (cleaned the temp probe and burning this morning and it appears to be regulating the temperature much better)
Wine choices tonight: V. Satui Cab from Napa, LXV from Paso Robles, Passalacqua Zin from Healdsburg, and a private label Pinot from Mendocino Co.

Another couple is coming over, we'll play cards and drink and talk shit about CA politics.
Put away the snowmobiling clothes so will drive back to AZ in a day or two.

Steak and lobster for us has been a long standing tradition. Although, one year we did Cajun red beans and rice along with a huge pot of slow cooked fresh green beans with chunks of cured salt pork. It's all good.
