Hahahaha, thinking about it. We will see. For right now I locked down a brand new XP 1000 4 seater for the day and the company doesn't have any mileage restrictions and I paid an extra $100 to keep it overnight. We are all set to go on 12/30 - 8am.

Just ask about a 2 day rental. Would cover the mileage and let you putt around the second day for a bit to see the local stops.

I've seen vehicles coming down from the antennas at night several times. One came down the other eve as we sat by the Bison firepit and it emerged from the trail that leads to the waterfall.
Have you been up that route and/or up by them thar antennas? I haven't gone up around the waterfall cuz I'm not comfortable with the terrain of that climb....but I really want to get up to the tippy-top of the mntn.

anyone else camping out there for this? i will be at the rock plant south side of town.

also for the gold fish pond ride. it is 90 miles round trip so be prepared to do that on fuel, snacks and water.

We’re not gonna make the New Years ride, really bummed. We’ll be back to Havasu for the Balloon Festival and the Blue Water 425, it’s the same weekend.

It’s fed water from a crack in the mountain, it just trickles out & there is a berm that retains the water it has water year round. Some of the fish are good sized you would think birds would swoop in and grab em for a to go lunch!
