The "prosecution" had their chance, that's why it's at the Senate level. If they have not made their case to date, then too bad, so sad.

But since you're online and I know we have your attention, perhaps you can answer a few questions...

Who are you, and why are you here?

Do you own a boat, enjoy boating, or want to own a boat? (none of us are buying the sailboat picture, so cut the bullshit and give us a real answer)

Do you have any association to S. Rice?

Do you have any association with past or present law enforcement operations?

You talk a really big game, I'm just curious to see if you have anything of substance to back it up.

Cheers!

The pattern that the haters can't understand and causing their dreams to go poof.....Mueller investigation gathering data base on a falsified document and lies. D impeachment attempt based on the hearsay of a witness they refused to identify or allow to testify yet everyone knew who he was due to their own bumbling.

Too dense to understand why these witch hunts ain't taken seriously and too blind to see the bulk of the nation is fed up with this waste of time and money.

If you hotshots want to at least make your arguments closer to what you think you saw, rather than use murders, use the Biden issues. At least that one had actual abuse of power in withholding aid to Ukraine. By not recognizing that fact, it's apparent you don't know executive abuse when you see it.....

So voting to call witnesses at a TRIAL makes one a traitor now...

So, did you fail high school civics class, or just get a weak D?

The house does the investigation (uh, that would be where the whole witness thingy comes into play, Gomer) and in this case it was a set up. Democrats only allowed their witnesses, and even those witnesses PROVED NOTHING.

Now, the democrats want to play some bizarre Perry Mason game (thats when some evidence comes into play right before the trial ends) only problem is, the house clearly sent an incomplete and totally ineffective set of non-criminal articles of impeachment. They Lose.

If they really think version 2 of John Bolton's pre-manuscript rant is real, well then guess what, try the impeachment fiasco again. News flash though, after 2020, they will become the minority in the house again, and will most likely be trying to stay out of jail due to the hoaxes they have pulled on the American public.

fuck democrats

Another question I gotta ask you, when was the last trial you were involved in where the prosecution wasn’t allowed to introduce a single witness or document?
You STUPID FUCKING MORON! democrats had tons of witnesses, even secret witnesses in the basement in the house investigation, which is where it is supposed to be done in impeachment! THEY FOUND NOTHING.

How many trials have you been in where there was no crime, no evidence, and secret witnesses?

fuck democrats

OFFS...

The whistle blower is irrelevant, along with Schiff and any of his buddies you might name. None of them were part of a poorly executed plan to extort the Ukrainian President into announcing an investigation into Trumps political rival.
so, the person that initially asserts there was some criminal behavior is irrelevant????

Good job comrade, Putin is very proud of way you bow to totalitarianism. Carry on with your love of guilty before proven innocent.

Are we REALLY dealing with politicians with our pansy snowflakes here ?? They all seem to have a command of English, until you read the precept of what they say and it's like MORON BABBLE, sometimes missing the facts or the context by a mile. By the way , t&y, I would love to join you in this "fun" meeting with any of our resident flakes. I haven't confronted and scared the shit out of these genius types for over 3 months. I need to keep my reflexes honed.

Correction, it's more a case of declaring guilty before all the lies fail.

Never in the history of the US has a duly elected POTUS been ridiculed and rejected from day one. The D's have done nothing and accomplished nothing but dig under shit piles looking for worms. They've completely failed at their own game and lost what little respect honest citizens may have ever had for them.

May the diehard lib voters note the honest citizen part. Your honestly was lost when you allowed your party to go on with this nonsense and still support them. The divide in this nation is on you folks, pure and simple. Wake up and realize this isn't a game, it's serious life in the real world and your progressive socialist heroes are fucking up big time.

Lol.. This argument is complete horseshit too.
*The prosecution here lead the entire inquiry, and controlled who they questioned in secret, and then again on live TV.
*They introduced a ton of "evidence" which they said was overwhelming and clearly supported their calls for impeachment.
*Then they all voted to impeach a sitting President of the United States.
*After that, they showed up for "trial" with all the information they were so sure they needed and presented all of their evidence AGAIN over the period of 24 hours if I remember correctly.
*There was video, long winded speeches, etc... no interruptions or objections, just lay their rock solid case out to the jury who will decide the final fate of the President.
*The Presidents team presented their defense utilitzing all the same "evidence"
*A vote was held to determine if anybody in that room really needed anymore "evidence"
*They decided NOPE, lets go with what we have.
***** This is where we are at this point *****

So No, I have never been in an actual Trial without any evidence being presented. That is not even close to the what we have going on here. But since you brought it up, are you suggesting the House impeached a sitting president WITHOUT any evidence?

As you know during a grand jury proceeding, prosecutors gather evidence and present a case in secret to a grand jury and probable cause is the burden of proof. They then go to trial where they AGAIN call witnesses and present even more evidence to meet the higher standard of proof for a conviction. Nobody you ever indicted would have been convicted if when you went to trial 51% of the jury depended on the suspect for their jobs, announced publicly that they were not impartial and that they were coordinating the whole trial with the defense, and prevented the prosecution from presenting witness testimony or documents.

But you know what? The public watching that trial would understand that the side blocking all witnesses was helping the suspect hide something and both the suspect and jury would eventually be held to account. Trump walks on impeachment and could even be re-elected, but this sham trial will haunt the GOP for a generation.

SATURDAY 2/1/20. :)
“Here’s another black eye for the Justice Department’s Obama-era leadership: The case against Gen. Michael Flynn is in full collapse.”

“Federal prosecutors just backed down from their demand that Flynn — President Trump’s first, short-lived national security adviser — serve jail time for lying to FBI investigators, telling a court Wednesday that probation would be a “reasonable” sentence.”

Adam Schiff nominated for Best Original Screenplay in a Fictional Impeachment. During Schiffs nomination speech he gives credit to his favorite song (that continuously plays in his head) Lies Lies Lies by the Thompson Twins.

Breaking News: Jerry (No Nads) Nadler wins the award for "Best Original Screenplay in a Fictional Impeachment". I've never seen Jerry move so fast in all his political career getting to the podium in record time to accept his Award...

Not necessarily so. The days of going with the McCains and Romneys has very well ended for many. Guys like Paul and Cruz will hopefully find company in the Senate and strong Conservative Governors will come around. If not we can hope for intelligent life and strength from the Libertarians or even a new party.

The D's have gone so far left to this progressive socialist crew you now support, it won't take a lot for the honest hard working citizen to see through their bullshit.

Your statement shows what an assuming broad brush wielding fool you really are.....Just like your party, you underestimate the common man and your arrogance sinks you and your dinghy. Your life as an internet educated guru is all you have left Mr Troll:rolleyes:

Pretty much. Because the RINO is still a little better choice than the Democrat.

Of course...

The WB didn’t do anything more than compile a list of credible allegations and hand them off to the justice department. Things get interesting when you throw in the fact that the head of that same justice department is in on the scheme... The only logical course of action was to elevate the claims to the body with oversight.

I am 100% certain the whistle blower hates Trump. Also certain that doesn’t matter.

Republican Senators as recent as yesterday said simply. He did it, it was wrong, We don’t care.

There is no nuanced legal argument here. No complex constitutional conundrum, just a simple fuck you to the rule of law.

The question that never gets addressed is that if Mueller's investigation was so superb, and so above board, and so thorough, into discovering the origins of Russian interference into the election and supposedly the Trump campaign, how come in his 500 page or whatever it was report, did he not mention once, nor ever discover the blatant obvious issues, over a dozen of them, with the FISA warrant on Carter Page that kicked this thing off in the first place?

How the fuck did he and dozenz of the governments top lawyers and investigators miss that most basic fact?

yep, the fuck you to the rule of law is the set up by a fake whistle blower, working in concert with the democrats in the house to have a totally bogus "investigation" with secret "witnesses" and leaks and basement interegations generating an impeachment with no crimes or evidence of crimes. All of which were never meant to convict and remove, rather an intent to taint of maybe just maybe a crime will suddenly, miraculously pop up.

This is the biggest bastardization of our times. democrats have finally proven what a bunch of souless, power hunger ass fucks look like.

Afraid of crosses, never looking in mirrors, and willing to sell out the country in order to get and maintain power.

fuck democrats

Wow, you are out there.

again: no evidence of ANY crime, no mention of a crime in the impeachment articles, yet for some reason you think he’s guilty.

you claim I am star gazed (whatever the fuck that may be) but at least I’m not a paranoid moron thinking we should convict people without a crime or any evidence.

I’m dumbfounded at your staggering ignorance.

Sauce,

The Messiah has always been the smooth one Obama, he was the one who thought he could walk into the Middle East, early in his career, & perform miracles, didn't work out so well. Trump is much better described as a Cage Fighter.

Your list of what Trump is guilty is.........fact less! Your list much more closely describes the Democrate
party, specifically the Clintons.

Hopefully, we will be able to sort out more of the "facts" as these investigations go on, although there appears to be so much complete BS floating around it is difficult to extract the the facts.

I'm trying to be objective, not subjective but it appears as if the Democrates are full of one liner accusations that are......fact less.

As you know, despite hours of the House managers explaining the case and even showing some short video clips to facilitate their narrative, they were not allowed to present any witnesses or documentary evidence. It was like a “trial” where both sides gave opening and closing statements without being allowed to do any of the stuff that comes between in any courtroom proceeding.

Oh man. By the Libturd standard this is enough just in that statement to file FISA warrants, start up the investigation team, and spend millions of dollars of tax payer money over the next few years to investigation the Bidens and anyone they have ever spoken with in their life time. Let's get this party started.
