When I was filing the police report yesterday for my stolen truck, the Ontario PD stated, vechical thefts have risen because it is a slap on the hand. However, since the idiot that stole my truck also has committed credit card fraud (used the gas cards I keep inside truck), he will 2 slaps on the hand.
I did find out I have recourse on the airport parking lot since they processed a missing ticket request and allowed my vechical to exit the lot.
