I have a buildable lot on the California side of Lake Havasu (in Needles officially) about 700 yards or so from the river for sale. The area is known as North Havasu Estates and is near Havasu Lake Rd. Lot is on Thunderbird Lane approximately adjacent to the tag on the location map. It's across the lake and just South of the Airport.
The property is 8,165 square feet (per Assessor) and is residential zoned. It has a water connection at the property line and there is power running along the street in front of it. The lot is pretty much level. There are several homes close by.
The new Havasu Landing Resort, Hotel and Casino (http://www.havasulanding.com) is roughly 5 minutes away. It has a nice marina/boat launch, gas station, restaurant, and store.

The lot is free and clear and I’ve paid the property taxes for 2022.
