Preliminary site plan and exterior design were approved! We had to make these really pretty awnings and wire mesh decorations to look like windows. Its been 1.5 years in the works and we are almost there finally! Its amazing how long it takes! Easement abandonments /zoning/right of way changes/dedications/New plat/ect.ect.bla bla bla ! We can now submit the final building plans!Thanks for all of our supporters and patience during this process!

Awesome! Its laughable the changes and "beautification" hoops they're making you jump through. They do know the land was a trailer park before? Lol

Send us a note when they start moving dirt so Patrick & i can come check it out!
