Off road Barstow area

My son is going out to the area for some off-roading..... anyone know if it’s “allowed “

I asked him if he checked the weather .. 100 for the most part..... yep

Nite ride with full moon right now would be comfortable. Too hot during the day for me unless there is some wind [emoji12]

I guess I should clarify .... with the covid19 is it “allowed”
I know going to Walmart and the grocery store and Costco is okay.... but apparently some isolated areas are not... yes - I have and will continue to research... but the feedback here is normally spot on

It’s open. We did stoddard a few weeks ago and calico last week. Both open and pretty normal crowds out riding/camping.

Both sides of the off road area south of Barstow visible off 15 have been packed the last couple times I’ve been by so he should be good to go.

California City is open for riding too. As long as your not staying in an "improved campsite." BLM website is a great source of info. There's info about Barstow on their website.
