It's getting worse. They're forcing sensationalism and hype on the guys and it is sickening. My SiL told them to get fucked last year over the lies on setup for the No Prep races and a bunch of the other drivers not part of the fucking 405 are doing the same..

Mike Murillo won fair and square because Mike is that good and this year they're trying to dis him and claim he was given a win by TX driver Birdman. I've known Mike for years and he's what real drag racing is all about and he's dominated NMRA, Fun Ford and other series for 2 decades. He's pissed and wrote a post with facts and the truth on his FB site.

Every roadkill challenge
We have to tow six hundred miles of be there by Tuesday morning. But the tow rig doesn't have a transmission in it. Took a transmission out of dulhecks dad's car. But we have to stop in Yuma to get car dynoed. Blew the clutch on a dyno. Can't find one. Found one having it overnighted to the track. Set the wrong one to the track not splined for a lenco. Borrow one. Break the drive shaft on the burnout. But it doesn't really matter cuz the competition hasn't even fired the new engine in the car. And on and on...
It's a TV show...
And I watch it, and enjoy it.

Fin won his category in drag week this year. Pretty good test of a car to get across the line time and time again.
