A few weeks back I took a week off to study for my cwi exam. It ended up being a week of slave labor for my wife. That came with its perks but that’s a thread for a different forum. 
I basically re did the front yard. I took out 3 large sagos and like 10 little palm trees. Planted a bunch of new stuff, new lights the whole deal. I think it looks really good. Well, my wife said now that everything is gone and you can see the house, she hates it. It’s an ugly yellow, but I don’t really care because it’s the same color as my parents house. I guess I kind of even like it 
As you can imagine, I lost that battle. So today they are painting the house. Its going to look completely different. She chose white with black trim. Black garage door, and the are going to white wash or lime wash the bricks. Some shit... I don’t know, but it’s 250 bucks for 4 gallons. Some before pictures. And some process pictures. I’ll post the finish pictures when it’s finished. Probably next week since it’s a buddy deal. (Side job) it was so weird scrolling through the pictures and timeline. We literally stopped to see this house coming home from a river trip. That night my wife made an offer on the house. The next day I got home from work and there was a for sale sign in my front yard at the chino house. My wife was 7 or 8 months pregnant at the time. Oddly enough we bought the chino house pretty randomly when she was 8 months pregnant. Thank God I got snipped
