Had lunch with fellow inmate @Danny Mancini today.
He brought me some old swag from 1964? He believes? Maybe 65?
We opened one of the 5, this picture hasn’t seen sunlight since before I was born.
Also in there an old school decal. This isn’t a sticker. It goes inside the window. That’s how they did it back then.

Danny’s dad was one of the RamChargers.
Woodward garage, etc was just someplace his dad hung out after work😂
. I imagine it was an exciting time and to be a part of.

Anyone else dig cool old stuff like this?
Post up!

When I brought home my uncles '65 Barracuda last year after he passed there was quite a bit of stuff to go through, lots of parts and paperwork. Half of these decals are water slide the other's peel and stick. Also found this cool pic of Rick behind the wheel of The Little Red Wagon. My other uncle was good friends with Bill Golden who owned LRW, they worked together in the aero space industry. That's Bill staying next to his new ride.
Recently transferred 8 mm film to a digital format and there's 2 reels Golden testing the truck at Lions.

Cleaning up this week in the garage I found most of my Mopar "gold tool awards" ("gold plated" socket sets and wrenches etc) these were issued for course completions in the late 70's and early eighties I'll post some pics later
