We are also but it is what it is. I think we are about a month early for the summer buyers but that will be their loss.It even comes with a full set of plans for an 75’ RV garage that are another 3k in value.

I think you will sell but it may take a little longer being directly on McCulloch Blvd.....lots of buyers out there but busy streets in Havasu are not terribly "Boat back-in Friendly" and you'll just need to hang in there but I'm sure the right buyer will come along, the market is good right now with limited inventory.

That is my old boat which was a 26 Daytona. The previous owner had a 28’ magic deck in there and I have also put a 28 fun deck in there

Still debating on coming this weekend or next, the cold spurt for the weekend has be thinking maybe next weekend, i will let you know either way. My girlfriend is a realtor so pressure isn't a issue lol.
