That Kelco house on Palo Verde South that is 2 stories with the 2 RV garages and a regular garage and the living quarters above the garage looks like a bad ass concept.

It is set back from the model on the street.

It is set back from the model on the street.

Kelco is building a house across the street from us right now. I have not been out there since they broke ground though. I heard they've done a bunch of dirt work out back extending the pad.

Seville builds a quality house. As far as outdated, he'll make just about as many changes as you can think of.

We bought a home built by Jason Fowler of Sunset homes after getting good feedback on his builds. He has a few different models and offers a 73 foot RV garage option for about 10k more.

Thanks we call it the "She Shed", that was the perfect dropped lot to make the height requirements, told them I could get a two story on it and was given the green to come up with something very different, I squeaked that one in with only a inch to spare. Kelco will have another one of those available on McCulloch just behind Smiths in June/July

Sunset built my home as well and I have the 73’ garage. I’ve been very happy with the home!

yea that's the plan and the RV garages are "world headquarters storage" LOL.....Have you seen the 5 wide RV condos I did for Frank....oh mama

I think the base is like 309k with the 73 foot RV garage but not for sure on the pricing. We bought one that was built in 2012 2 car garage and 73 foot deep RV garage 18 feet wide in December. Very happy with the home so far and had a few recommendations on Jason as a builder.

If I was going to build again I would first find the best lot with privacy and view. The house is the easy part.
Too many people build nice homes on not so nice Lots. The lot should come first.
I agree we looked at a few houses that were really nice homes great pool backyard etc but had issues with privacy or neighboring homes. The one we bought has a nice sized yard and small lake view but neighbors on all sides.

If you guys want help finding lots or even selecting an appropriate builder for your needs call Stacy 928-706-4200.

It’s nice to have an RE agent on your side during a build..
We worked with Stacy and her team member Andrea they were great and I would highly recomend them. Stacy was pointing out things with places I wasn’t even taking into consideration.

There’s some places on AirbNb on the south side of town that have 40ft RV garages attached to 1 and 2 bedroom living quarters. Stayed there once and seemed like a good concept to me. Believe they were off Tonto Dr.

I would include condo-type properties with common pool/spa and 40 foot garages. 700 square feet with attached garage in a gated community

I would pay almost as much for an easy access RV garage condo, a community pool, and a very private small yard with a spa as a would a detached home. I hate HOAs but as a vacation home it would be worth it.

I have a place in havasu that I picked up from a member here...it's two lots side by side..the house is a little 900 sq ft 2br 2 bth…...I've been ove cutting it up with my tractor...so now I can drive in and go back out with the rv and boat...thinking about putting another house on the property...maybe just leave it with the huge compound yard....?????

They moved that little house so far forward, if you sell the lots independently, how will you ever have access to your storage yard? Poor planning by the original builder.

there's access to the rear on both sides of the little house, plus there is a shared road right down the middle... the good part is the two separate lots enables you to rent the little house out...it'll have it's own power meter also,.... that and you could just have the big lot and little house with room for every thing... throw in some power and have rv pads for friends... there's one already with power water and sewer
