I have a old partner that has had one since new for three years.
He’s traveled all over the US in it, 0 issues. He doesn’t tow anything so can’t comment on that part.

Did a tune and some "mods" on one. Was decent as far as a big ass class C goes. Customer wanted to tow his crawler faster I guess. His was a 34c I think. Big damn slide. Drove nice, and if you aren't comfortable driving bigger stuff, like Topkicks and such, pretty easy to adapt to.

I saw one in glamis and I checked it out,.. I as amazed how nice and roomy they are.. the one I saw had a full slide.. It might get out of your head once you start checking prices on these.. I think there are better options for that kinda price tag.

It’s available with 4x4!! I want one.

We like to go off road and boon dock camp alot. Lots of mud, dirt and snow. Pismo a lot too. I almost got caught in chain control once with my 2WD RV and no chains. Lol

It is a Dodge so I was wondering about the Transmission

I’m pretty sure it’s the Aisan trans they put in those. That’s Dodges HD trans. I’ve seen this style class C on the Ford Chassis too so that’s an option.

One rolled thru Emma Woods campground back in Sept. When we were there. Stunningly beautifull w/multiple shades of blues, big full wall slide. The thing was huge. They are the top of the "C" chain IMO. I almost drowned in my puddle of drool.

I knew they did Aisan in those. But I read they were ending that relationship. Dunno??

The Ford does not come in 4x4 that I aware of

I've wanted one for awhile, as we were looking at getting a motor home. Figured in glamis it would be a benefit to have the 4wd. There's some nice used ones out there, but I got a good deal from a friend on his genesis 40cr so we stopped looking.

The one I saw was on 95, towing a matching trailer in the maroon/ cream color 😍. I’m fighting not to get a plane ticket to Idaho!

Nice rv
In looking at them in the past I noticed some of the pickup truck chassis made into big super c’s can get to max gcwr quick. something to consider it you want to run loaded and tow something significant.

Super rattle can noisy back then going down the road.
Isata’s are nicer inside
But Thor’s are cheaper

Will they paint one green and white though? 🤣🤣🤣

Side note, how you feeling about LL?
...maybe we save that for PM's...

Dynamax the parent has done several custom paint jobs this is their standard explorer paint for the 28SS and 30FW, there is a lighter version

The 28SS won best new RV last year for its compact size and true 4 seasons package along with 400AH lithium and 800 watts solar.
You need to watch CCC on these, the 28SS will have around 2600lbs

nexus has a 4x4 super as well on the international/duramax and thor is running the 4x4 F550

Dynamax before they were bought out built one hell of a product with a great reputation, I can't comment on the product sense they were bought out.

Super Cs are great, but built on a wide range of chasis, price points, so they are far from created equal considering;
GVW, which is what sets your CCC, cargo carrying capacity, you will be surprised as to how LOW of a number some of these rigs have
GVCW, these are very subjective if you start talking about pulling hills
Engine ratings HP/TQ
Transmissioin, there is a huge difference between an allison 2500, 3000 and 4000 in both dollars and torque capacity,
--IMO the allison 3200TRV is the best bang for the buck

Class 5 (19,500 GVW)
-dodge 5500, Cummins ISB 6.7, 360/800, 4x4 option
--Dynamax Istata 5
-ford F550, 6.7 330/825, 4x4 option
--Thor magnitude
--Renegade Veracruz

Class 6 (26,000)
-Intn'l CV, (22,000) Duramax 350/700, Allison 1750(??) 4x4 option
--Nexus Rebel
-Intn'l Dura star (24,500) Cummins ISB 6.7 300/660 de tuned to run the cheaper allison 2500
--Nexus Triumph Super C
--Nexus Wraith, a step up from triumph in finishes
-Intn'l Dura star (26,000) Cummins ISB 6.7 360/800 allison 3000
--Nexus Ghost

Class 7 (33,000)
-Freightliner S2RV (31,000) Cummins ISB 6.7 360/800, allison 3000MH
--Jayco Seneca
--Entegra Accolade
--Renegade Valencia
Freightliner M2-106 (33,000) Cummins L9 or Detroit DD8
--Dynamax Force HD, DD8 375/1050, allison 3200TRV
--Dynamax DX3, DD8 375/1050, allison 3200TRV
--Renegade Verona L9 350/1150, allison 3200TRV
--Renegade Verona LE L9 350/1150, allison 3200TRV
Freightliner M2-112 (33,000) Cummins L9 450/1250 allison 3200TRV
--Dynamax Dynaquest XL

ALL NEW
Dynamax Europa;
-mid range price point,
-higher CCC
-shortest OAL on any M2 based Super C, due to the hugely successful launch of the short Isata 5 28SS
Freightliner M2-106B, cummins ISB 6.7 360/800, allison 3200TRV
If successful, the sort floor plans may work there way up into the Force HD or DX3 getting a short super C with bigger power

The super C market is very fun to follow, lots of options

Yes the original Dynamax was top notch on quality, forrest river now owns them.
That may scare some people away, however the GM for dynamax Brian Clemens has a HUGE presence on their Bulletin Board and has personally gotten things "taken care of" This kind of customer service and actual interaction from an RV manufacturers GM is pretty much un heard of.

The new Europa is the biproduct of many converstions on thier board of what people want and what will fit the masses. The trend is to shorter models with a push for short and more power. just don't ask him if you can get an M2 based RV in 4x4, it has been beat too death and is not going to happen in the forseeable future. However Freightliner does make a 4x4 M2 and you can source the factory pieces and convert.
