Sameday Health, its CEO Felix Huettenbach, and Los Angeles-based Dr. Jeff Toll agreed to pay nearly $26.5 million, which includes more than $12.4 million in restitution and almost $14 million in civil penalties for their roles in the scam.

This shouldn't shock anyone. The entire Covid experiment was a disaster from the start. I'm glad these dipshits were forced to pay restitution to these folks.

I had a friend go to cvs to get a test.
They registered and waited for a while and left because it was taking to long.
Long story short, her and her 3 friends got a notice that they tested positive.
Didn't even take the test
She is a friend not just an internet story.

I say don't take the test.. no sense in inflating the positives....just assume you got it.. Unless you're very ill they ain't gonna do anything anyways

I’ve never had a positive Covid test, but I do have antibodies…go figure LOL

When my son got sick at around 10 months old, we asked the doc if we should give him a Covid test.

Doc said “no need, it won’t change how we treat him”…we’re fortunate to have good docs in our lives
