You got that shit right. I brought 25 bins of "f"ing Christmas cheer down from the attic this year. I can guarantee there won't be that many going back up.

I wanted to do them this year, but my house doesn't even have fascia board. It is all stucco, and I don't want to tear the stucco up. I was unsure on how to go about it, so no lights.

Thought about that, I was looking for the old school kind that have a large backing on them so I could hot glue to the flashing below the roof tiles. Well no such luck in finding them. I'm going to keep my eyes peeled when everything goes 50% off after xmas, you know stock up for next year. On the plus side I decorated the tree this year ;)

Google gutter clips.
My neighbor owns a x-Mas light install company and that is all they use.

He use ones like this. It can hold C7 or C9 bulbs and/or mini lights.
