Knees and and Hip are replaced I guess I wasnt clear on that BUT those spread out over a relatively short period of time , lead to my lack of exercise and creeping wieght gain , no ones fault but mine however at 70+ plus I still work two Jobs which consume alot of my time (running my business's ) combination of those circumstances doesnt allow for alot of time to "get in shape" ergo weight gain.
Why not fix all those broken body parts?
Knees and hips are suppose to be fairly easy to replace, but you probably have to stop drinking for 6 months while you fully recover, and go to physical therapy.
Probably good time start taking the diet drugs is while your in rehab. 🥹
