We usually pay $50 to park at that hotel right by the pier .. yes, I know $50 for parking is bawler but it makes the whole experience a lot better. Is there space on the beach near the pier?

We usually park at Bolsa and ride bikes down, 2 years ago was sitting along cliffs when dude dropped fighter out of sky and went along the cliffs at eye level breaking sound barrier, incredible to see.

Bad ass show for sure! I've never gone to an air show, and it was well worth it. Red Bull helicopter pilot is bat shit crazy, our military is top notch, and for couple hours I forgot I was in So Cal lol!

We used the underground city parking structure 5th x PCH yesterday, then short walk to beach. 30 bucks but worth it.

I hung out just south of 1st street between 1st and beach Blvd.

Rode bikes down from the house, Newland at tower 11 was south of the center but still a great show.... Hope the promoter pulls his head out of his ass and comes to a deal with HB for next year.

We rode bikes down there yesterday. Had a great time. I will say there was A LOT of people, but it didn't seem as packed as last year. Even riding down the board walk wasn't any worse than a normal weekend. Hopefully the city and promoter work things out and it comes back next year.

I believe there is an open area that is free between the pier and the venue. At least there has ben on previous years.
