OK its time to move on the next chapter and sell our river home. It is 11 years old and we are the original owners. Boat is for sale as well if u would really like a turn key river home!!!
It will be sold fully furnished minus a few personal effects. House has all new stainless appliances, 2 years ago. 2 bedrooms have king beds and the 3rd has a queen. master bedroom has walk in closet and bath has a walk in shower with dual sinks, secondary is a typical tub shower combo. There is a full length carport aprox 60+ feet w a small garage, 14' long at the back of carport. House is extremely well insulated as the summer electric bill is rarely over $100. house has indoor soft water and a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen that also feeds the ice makers! Park space rent is $515.

Keep the park clean and in good shape, small private beach, private launch ramp, 2 pools and 2 spas, game room, tennis/basketball court, gated property w security cameras, and other random stuff....

No problem, it does not include those. Water about 12 per mo, trash is 9, and sewer is 11.
Not sure of her age but during the winter months the park has a lot of snow birds and throughout the year there is about a dozen, maybe more, full time retired residents there. I like them both as they take pride in the park and keep the place clean and inviting. They host a "donation" brunch every Sunday and other little events during the week like poker night, BBQ's.....

That's a tricky question. The "park" has its own rental places that u can rent on a daily basis but the "park" has tried to institute a minimum of a month long for renting! A few people still rent on a weekend basis.

There is a ton of storage here. I think all the storage units inside the park is full but up by the barn and store I think there is spots available.

The Palms is one of the nicest parks on the water! We keep our RV in the park 6 months out of the year. Mike - if you're around this summer we should hook up for a drink. I'm sure we have passed each other several times out there.
