Can you get drinks to go at foxes or Roadrunner? Thinking about a trip this weekend.

A few weeks ago it wasn't a problem to drink on site. It would be nice if the Strip could get back to normal so those of us stuck in Commiefornia could seek refuge. 🙄

I was there Sun. the 19th and Foxes was chained shut with caution tape all around the dock.
Roadrunner and Sundance closed, Pirates was going off though...

There was a sign:
No Dude shoes, No Dude service.

Per the wife, at our house above Sandbar on the corner, Sundance and Foxes closed. Roadrunner to go only. Strokes open for food, with drinks at 50% capacity.

Pirates Den was open this last weekend but every other table. They did a pretty good job of managing it appropriately.

We did stop ast Big Bend to grab a pizza and other food. The bar was open with a couple of people out on the bar. Other than that it looked like everywhere else was closed.

You would think that Fox's could just open up top for food and allow seating at all of the seating outside? They should turn the end of the counter into a little bar!

August 10th is just the next date he said they'd review conditions, but he left it open ended with no date specified for a reasonn....no accountability. I have 2 friends that own bars and part of the lawsuit and those ongoingn discussions point to a longer shut downn planned. we shall see I guess. I am actually more pissed about the gyms at this point

I think part of the issue with them and RR is they pushed their limits trying to stay open BAU as a "restaunrant" but don't have that license type, so when they got told to close I think it was a pretty stern warning

gyms are a bigger issue at my house, since my wife works at 24hr Fitness. Granted they sold all the clubs in AZ a few years ago, but CA is killing small business each day.

Pretty sure I saw OD1 post that several of the bartenders tested positive. I know a few that came back from Parker and got sick. 2 from my park ended up in the hospital for a week. Never heard back how the other group was. They were hitting all the bars so not sure where they got it.

Something about the license and percentage of food to alcohol or something, and probably based on reported sales and income.

All this talk about ordering food to get a drink. Sounds like that place is turning into Utah.

We just got back from Havasu, and both Topock and Pirates were open. We were outside at Topock and by the pool and on the beach in front of Pirates. I was surprised that Fox's and Road Runner appeared closed when we drove by on the way home.

The river between head gate dam and the diversion dam has been closed all summer . A few private launch ramps could get you on the water .
The performance boat regatta has been cancelled usually at the sand bar above aha quinn . Bummer .

Launching from private ramps on crit leaseholds (IT'S NOT.... THEIR... LAND, IT'S FEDERAL BLM LAND) will net you big fines$$$$. Those fuckers are patrolling the area daily from the dyke roads as well, lurking in the brush with binoculars, photographing etc. They are fining homeowners for swimming off their docks. I'm told $1000.00/day/person. It's a total power and control play on their part. The river water does not transmit covid.
Note: I am not yelling @ you..just out loud out of frustration as a pfroperty leaseholder.
Did I mention FUCK CRIT yet? Oh..there we go, that's a little better. Haha
