Need to change our last vehicles to AZ plates, do we need to make an appointment or is it walk in?

I made an apt 2 weeks ago. Super simple. A lady was out front of the mobile. I told her my name and she told me to wait in my car. They called me in 10 mins before my time and I was out in 15 mins with an AZ plate for my KTM 500 EXC. When I called to make an apt they asked me if it was urgent. I told them I bought a MC in CA and needed to register it asap.

We made an appointment and went last week, the girl out front let us in and we the only people allowed inside for the 20 minutes we were there. They do 20 appointments a day.

NOTE: the MVD just changed computer software on 4/21 and appointments are running way late. It took me 2 hours yesterday at Parker MVD and they are usually very fast. Call 602-712-2700 for appointment.
