I was camping there this weekend, I saw a for sale sign on Unit 30, don't know anything about it, but I liked it cause it said Dirty 30. Rode bikes around Saturday as we were having a pool party, and I don't think I saw any other For sale signs.

It's crazy how that park went from Echo overflow park to higher priced. I use to camp there. Group of Friends have staid there forever. They recently bought and I was blown away at the prices they are getting. I remember when I bought 25% of BB was park owned. Papa P dumped a mill when they pissed him off across river and now the park is nicest around.
