Looking for alternatives to cool deck that withstand the elements of the river weather. we have had cool deck for about 10 years and it has held up great.....considering.
we are looking to re deck and more than double the space to be cool decked. we had a carpet insert before.
this is on a double wide with a large front deck. about 1200 sq. ft. or so
local guys who work in our park and elsewhere along the river want 8-10$ a square foot for the job.
looking to see if anyone has had any luck with other decking materials, or knows anyone who does good work for a bit cheaper.
we will probably end up doing most of the prep work for the job and have someone who knows what they are doing come in and poor it and finish it. seems like a lot of time spent stapling metal lath is a few hundred dollars alone.
anyway.....what do you guys got?
thanks
happy holidays
