This cracks me up.

What does this guy do when he renews his registration every year? Take all the old DECAL numbers off and put on the NEW decal numbers.

He can't figure out a piece of paper, which has explicit instructions attached (along with pictures), but thinks he can safely and competently operate his boat.

Anyone want to change their mind about about requiring Boating
Education?

Well, I would think that the fender hanging over the side would be a sure sign of intoxication/confusion and he should be pulled over asap

you missed it on Sunday, this guy came about 6 ft from the docks in his boat full of kids going about 40 mph. I couldn't believe what I had just seen. Amazing
